Termination of Parental Rights

My sons father has never paid child support and has had no contact whatsoever with my son for about 6 years, can I terminate his rights

Maybe. Judges usually prefer to have a stepparent step into the shoes of the parent whose rights are being terminted.

There are some cases, where the judge is willing to terminate. It is not, however, the type of case you should try to handle on your own. Hire a lawyer.
