termination of parental rights

Four years ago my parental rights were invalidated. This action was done without my knowledge or consent. What can I do to restore my parental rights?

Re: termination of parental rights

You were supposed to be served with notice of this proceeding. If you could not be located, you might have been served by publication in the newspaper. You will probably have to prove that the service of the notice was invalid or improper. If it's found to be valid, you have a much tougher fight on your hands - proof of lack of service is tough by itself. If you're serious, you better get a lawyer or start spending your nights in the law library.
