Testimony

If during an adoption trial, the adoptive grandparents testify to allow access of the grandchild to the other grandparents, and then do not allow access, can they not be held accountable for their sworn testimony?

It would be difficult unless that agreement was in the final order. Otherwise, it would just be evidence for the lawsuit between the grandparents. maybe you could request a clarifying order. Get a lawyer. Good Luck.
