IN Texas, at what age should a minor receive money that is theirs from their parents divorce?

I don't understand this question. I doubt that the divorce decree effectively awards cash to a minor. It might be awarded to a parent for the benefit of a minor. The answer is probably "never", but I'd need to see the divorce decree to know what you are talking about in particular.
