Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

In Texas, In a case of incest (my father and my self) there was a child born, I had cps remove said child from my father's custody and now I have the child. Since finding out the dna results(that the child is indeed my father's)(there are pending criminal charges as well) he has not been attending the cps court and now they have a petition to terminate his rights. Can he still be obligated to pay child support once his rights are terminated. simply put my father is the father of my child and his rghts are going to be terminated next month will he be obligated to pay child support.

99% of the time, when parental rights are terminated, it stops the obligation to pay child support.
