Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

In texas what constitutes the "weekend" my husbands ex gets their daughter 1st 3rd and 5th weekends if the 30th is on fri or sat is that still her weekend? If so and the 1st of the month is on sat or sunday, is the next weekend her 1st weekend of the month?

If your decree is standard, it goes by the Friday of the weekend. The first weekend starts at 6:00 on the first Friday of the month. If there is a 5th weekend, then it begins at 6:00 on the 5th Friday of the month. You do not go by when Saturdays or Sundays are on the calendar. Always start with the Friday before.
