In texas if the couple is umarried but are both on birth cirtificate of the child;can the mother take the child to another city without consent of the biological father.

You need to talk to a family law attorney in your area.
Being on the birth certificate does not mean that anything "magical" occurs.
If there are no court orders, she is not violating any court orders.
Basically, she is the only parent & she can do what she wants.
Being on the birth certificate is worth a piece of paper.
You have not been declared by a court of law to be the father of this child.
You need to hire an attorney & get some court orders in place.
