Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I'm in texas . My decree only allows my ex to have the kids after school on the 1st 3rd and 5th friday and ending starting school on monday. My ex took my daughter out of school early when he was not allowed , what can I do ? what legal action can I take ?

Sue him for contempt. Sue him for money damages under Chapter 42 of the Family code.
