Texas - default judgement

my wife filed for divorce; I was served: I answered the court(not agreeign with some of the requests expressly that I pay for her divorce) Now I get a letter indicating that da default judgement has been granted; When i filed the response; the clerk said that I would b enotified; What happened?

I'm not feeling too psychic this evening, but I'd guess you were sent notice of the trial date and it either went astray in the mail or you got the notice and didn't realize what it was. If you don't like the terms of the divorce go see a good family law attorney immediately. There may still be time to do something.
