Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
texas divorce- Court on Friday, PLEASE HELP!!!
I am doing my own divorce. We want to use a marrage settlement agreement. How do i incorporate that into the decree. Do i just add it as an exhibit. Also, if i do that, do i still have to complete the other exhibits (child support order, possesion order, health insurance, conservationship, etc.) Please help, I go to court THIS Friday. I really don't want to go in there with anything wrong.

You obviously purchased a kit from the internet.
I never use "exhibits" in my divorce decrees.
I would strongly urge you to hire an attorney.
With minor children, the divorce paperwork needs to be done correctly and thoroughly.
You can always go down and appear before the Judge and see what he/she does.
I also assume that you are prepared to testify under oath before the Judge on Friday? If not, your kit is incomplete for the State of Texas.
I don't know of any Judge that will grant a divorce unless you read the proper statement under oath before him/her.
