Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

In a Texas divorce, The father is the bread-winner and the mother primary caretaker. Is it accurated that I, the mother, would not be allowed to take my children away from the county of which the father resides? If there are no signs of abuse on the mothers behalf.

The issue of a domicile restriction is frequently contested at the time of divorce. The usual restriction usually involves allowing the right to establish the residence within a certain county and all other counties contiguous thereto. There are other issues to consider, such as the history of contact between the father and the children and which Court/Judge is deciding the issue.
