Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

texas divorce laws

my husband is military and stationed in iraq he is home on leave and want to file for divorce i will not sign papers we have two minor children what are the laws re: seperation time waiting period and children what is considered seperation or living apart is work included in this. Is there a way to stop or postpone any action until he returns from his deployment

There may be procedural ways to delay a divorce; you should consult a local family law attorney because he probably is.
