Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I'm in Texas. My ex-husband, refuses to pay child support, (I took him back to court in November and they raised his monthly child support) This was a default hearing as he did not show up for court. His current wife has opened her own business and he works for her now. The orders say that child support must be paid through wage withholding, however now she is calling me harrassing, because she is the owner of the company. What can I do, he will not pay even though he was ordered, and she will not withhold pay from him.

Sue him for contempt.

AND you can sue her under a separate provision of the Family Code that punishes her if she refuses to comply with a garnishment order. It's section 158.206.
