Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Texas Family Code - Section 152.109. Appearance And Limited Immunity

Does Texas Family Code - Section 152.109. Appearance And Limited Immunity

Allow me, a resident of Minnesota, the ability to register a foreign order, parenting plan in Texas for matters of visitation without submitting myself to the Jurisdiction of Texas for child support?

Mother and Son (live in Texas for 8 years), I live in Minnesota for 3 years.. Parenting plan was drafted in New Mexico 8 years ago.

Mother Will not register the order in Texas because se does not want me to get 1st, 3rd, and 5th weekends in addition to what I already have.

Now she is filling in New Mexico for more child support, Rather than Minnesota as she should.

Can I use limited Immunity to have our parenting plan registered in Texas and request a modification to visitation?
