texas famoly codes in plain english

is there such a thing as the texas statutes (family codes pertaining to child support judgement liens) explained in everyday english.

It is a highly technical field and interplays with other laws also of a highly technical nature. I know it seems like a different language and that you need someone to interpret that language. Those interpreters are lawyers. Starting law school, students know they are learning a specialized language among other things. Try your county law library and look for books about family law.
