in texas can husband kick me out of house if it was bought by him before our marriage & he has the deed?

No. Only a judge can order you to leave the marital residence, regardless of who bought it, and who is on the deed. The house might be eventually determined to be separate property, and you may eventually be ordered to leave, but you are not obligated to leave until then. Even if the house was originally separate property, it may be so commingled with marital improvements that it is no longer; or his separate estate may owe money to the marital estate. Get a lawyer as soon as possible.
