Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Texas law applies. My ex continues to go through the kids to arrange visitation at his convenience. I have no phone # or addh for him and he lives out of town. My 12 yr old daughter will tell me he emails her on facebook and says he's coming to town. She will get a facebook message from him and say he wants to get them in an hour on a Saturday. Then, we have to drop our plans. I don't want to deny them seeing their father, but it's scary sending them with him when he refuses to communicate with me in any way and he's also a little unstable...though hard to prove in court. Do I have any legal recourse to say that if he doesn't provide valid contact info and communicate with me directly regarding pick-up times, etc. that he cannot see the children? Children are ages 10 and 12 and I have primary custody.

First, I would block him from her FaceBook account. It is inappropriate for him to put her in the middle like that.
