Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Need to know Texas laws regarding property. New house (occupied in March, 2009) solely financed, paid for, and titled in my name. Automobile purchased last year solely financed and titled in my name.

I agree with Theresa -- there is no question.

It sonds like the auto and house belong to you. However, if you are married, there might be a community property interest.
