Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Texas resident - can i sue the ex for child support that was court ordered and never recieved on 2 children? NCP abaded his responsibility and the State of Texas by moving out of the state and whereabouts unknown.

The children are long past 18. Do i have any legal ground to sue for the 18 years of non-support?

I'd talk to a family law attorney in your county.

The problem is going to be finding him. If you have his social security number, the attorney might be able to locate him.

It's worth an hour of your time to try. The attorney is going to have to read the court order.

You might look on this website for an attorney and on www.avvo.com.

Good luck!
