Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

In Texas will the court allow visitation if the other parent has no car and his home is not safe for a kid to be over there? He lives with his roomates and all they do is smoke weed and he also sells weed there. ?

1. If there is an order, the order should be followed until/unless it has been modified.

2. If there is NOT an order, tell your Judge what you just told me.
