Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am from Texas and I am currently working to establish child support through the Texas Attorney General. I know that child support is based on a certain percentage of income, but I am wondering if other factors can be taken into consideration. The father currently has two additional children before the court. What percentage of his income will I receive as the third mother of the third child (all children are from different mothers living seperately from the father). Can the court somehow take child care costs into consideration when determining child support, or is the percentage of the NCP's income the sole factor in determining the support amount?

If you are the third mother of a third child, your percentage of his gross income (for child support ) will be 16% (see sec. 154.129 of the Texas Family Code).

The Court CAN take child care costs into consideration (per section 124.123(b)(6) of the Family Code), but it won't.
