My father got a job in California and i don't want to move because IIwon't move until my junior year. I have very good grades and my aunt owns her own store and she said I can work for her so I have a job ready. Can I move out at 16 in 2months or do I have to wait a year&2months when I turn 17 in Texas?

Your best bet is to contact a trusted adult (your aunt, teacher, counselor) that could calmly talk to your dad about getting his permission.
