I there a way to stop a spouse from being able to subpoena my text messages from my phone to use in a divorce?

Probably not. You can file a Motion to Quash the Subpoena, but without valid grounds, it will be denied.

Why aren't you asking your attorney this question? If you are in a complex enough divorce that text messages are being subpoenaed you really, really need a good family law attorney.
