Im thinking about fileling for child support for my 5 year old son the father has never seen him or given me anything i w dont want him to see him but to pay child support is that possible?

97% of the time, when a court orders child support, it will also order visitation, that is, the father gets to spend time with the child he's supporting. You have to give the court a very good reason NOT to order some kind of visitation.
Child support is unrelated to visitation. Both parents are obligated to support the child, and both parents are entitled to access to the child, absent some compelling reason. He should be paying guideline support, regardless of whether he exercises visitation. The flip side is that you will have to allow visitation, regardless of whether he is paying child support. If he poses a danger to the child's welfare, then the court will hear your argument for supervised or restricted visitation.
