Threats during separtation

A good friend of mine is getting a divorce. She has already filed. Her soon to be ex-husband continues to follow her around and stalks her. And when they talk he verbaly abuses her in front of the child. My question is can she see anyone if she separtrated and what can she do about him following her around staking her and threating her???PLEASE HELP!!!!

Your friend needs to discuss these matters with her divorce lawyer. Obtaining temporary orders pending the final decree may be indicated.

Protective Order Needed

1. She can see someone if she is separated, but it's still adultery until they are divorced is "see" means what I think it does. Should be careful having boyfriend around child because this could affect custody if that is an issue.2. She can get an injunction from the court and also something called a Protective Order chiwh will make it a crime if he continues to harass her after the Protective Order is issued.
