Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

ok i've been threw this alot latly i'm trying to find out what forms i need to get and file for tempory full custody of my son... my son's father is mentally unstable, he is suspect of child abuse to my oldest child that is not his i've been told no one can help me ebcause he didn't physically harm me or his biological son i have no money i can't find a job i'm tring everything i can to protect my son i'm dealing with police and cps about the child abuse then he calls cps and turns everything i said about him around on me and my family i have no idea what to do how to protect my son from his man if no one will even give me the time or day to help him. he is know treating me he mentally abused me and still continues to do it with the things he says about me what forms do i need to file to get temporty full custody so i can protect my child until i can hire a lawyer or go from there i don't know what to do and i'm scared..

If he has done anything you need to call police reports to create documentation.

Contact the family violance section of the your local district attorney's office.

You need to contact a local battered womans shelter to point you in the right direction.
