Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am going threw a divorce with my husband. He has the kids. I have signed papers about the divorce and and joint management custody. But he still won't let me have my visitations. Do I have the right to my visitations since I have signed the papers already?

If you have an order SIGNED BY A JUDGE, it is enforceable by contempt. If YOU have signed the order, and Dad has signed the order ... that's not enough. It's not an order until it's signed by a Judge.
