ticket received for neglectful supervise

I got a traffic violation ticket for leaving my kid alone in the car for 2mins.i paid the fine.The CPS also investigated and found no evidence for child neglect,so they closed the case and concluded the neglect has not occured.it also says tin the mail sent from CPS that the name of the reporter will be removed as required by law.,My ques is will this will in the record if the background is done.will this affect my carrier/job.please help.would appreaciate ur help.

Tickets are class c misdemeanors that do not show up on court records as such
