what time limits are there in texas concerning taking my name off 2 children that are not mine? took dna test in 1-2006 found out none were mine.

New law in TX lets you file a termination at any time. Call a local family law attorney and tell them that pursuant to newly enacted SB 785, you want to terminate your relationship with these kids.
