Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Timeline for an appeal
I just learned that I can do an appeal for court orders that were set and signed without notification of any kind. The lack of notification was deliberate and with malice in a case where the lawyer consistantly did this. I can not find any information in regards to how many days after you have exhausted all other measures to start an appeal.

You MIGHT not have the same deadlines if the court never acquired jurisdiction over you.
Otherwise you can read the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. They are in the law library and online. The various deadlines and procedures are contained there.

Appeals are not something to take on by yourself. There were several things in your previous posting that didn't quite make sense. Get a good attorney who does family law appeals and do it now! The clock is ticking.
