Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I was told that there is a law that prohibits a non-custodial parent from allowing their bf/gf to spend the night when they have their child visiting if the child is under the age of 3...is this accurate? If so where can I find information about this law?

There is no such law.

Some ORDERS include provisions such as "The possessory conservator shall not allow any unrelated member of the opposite sex to be in the home after 10:00 pm on any night when the possessory conservator has the child in his possession."

I assume you don't have an attorney. I would encourage you to hire one.
