traditional or collaborative divorce process

Since I am considering collaborative ILO traditional divorce, how is discovery accomplished, and how do I ensure the atty will really advocate for me, rather than being focused on concensus and an 'acceptable' quick resolution? If I am tentaive about my ability to stand up for myself when negotiating, should I just stick w/ traditional divorce?

I don't think you understand collaborative law divorces in Texas.

There are numerous websites concerning collaborative law. Information such as "discovery" is handled in a different manner than a traditional divorce.
