Transfer a divorce case

I have been divorced for almost 2 yrs and I filed first for this. I am wondering how to get the case trans ferd to Texas from Alabama

You are probably not going to be able to transfer a pending divorce action between states. There are specific rules governing the transfer of cases between states, which I would be glad to discuss with you if you care to contact me directly. Generally speaking, pending cases are not transferable from one state to another.
