can i 'do it myself' transfer my child support case to texas from louisiana if my ex nor i live there anymore?
Can you tell me the steps i should take or where i can research to find out?

The only problem with doing it yourself, is that you don't know how to do it. Lawyers can't teach you how to practice law. There are very specific laws and requirements on this subject, and you can research it at the county law library.
