Transferring a divorce from one state to another

I got divorced 8 years ago in IN and have lived in TX for the last 5 years. My ex tends not to pay me his part of medical bills because he knows I would have to buy a plane ticket and go to IN to file contempt. Can I get the divorced moved to TX so when I need to file contempt, he has to come here?

Yes, a foreign decree can be registered and enforced in Texas.
