i am divorce with a 9 and 8 y.o boys. we are planning to go on 1 month vacation this summer outside united states.do i need to get permission from the father? its not stated in our decree that i have to.visitation rights for him only includes informing me 24 hrs ahead of time before coming to visit the kids which i always allow him.he hardly sees them.thank you so much.

If there is nothing in the divorce decree, you do not have to tell him anything or get his permission.
