Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Not being treated fair by my Lawyor

What can I do if I feel that my lawyor is not repersenting me properly. If I want to find out what is going on with my case I am charged 15.00 for him to tell me nothing is going on with my case. He keep on running up my bill and not showing proof of what he has done. Please help.

You can always change your lawyer, but if nothing is happening and they can't make it go faster then you can't really expect them to spend billable time telling you that over and over again. We would have to know more details to know if you have a legitimate complaint or simply don't understand what is happening in your case, which may be your attorney's fault but we don't know if they've tried to explain things to you.
