Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
If you go to trial for child sexual abuse and are found not guilty and there was a order before the trial that states you can not see your child how do you get that dissolved so that you can see your child and how do you get custody of your child back

This would appear to depend upon why the order was issued and who issued it.. You need to see a lawyer and provide the necessary information.
If the no contact order was a condition of your bond, the order would have expired with the acquittal.
If this was a protective order, the order must be vacated.
