trial- final decree

I filed for divorce in march 2001 my wife refused to sign the papers then i served her with papers. She filed answer with a arrorney but since then she is keeping quiet when i ask her she says she want to get divorced but she is not signing the papers and giving to me . What should i do? I don't have a lot of money to go for a trial . What is the solution to get a divorce quick? I am planning to go to another country and settle down and get married . Please help me.

Call the court and get your caseset for trial. I highly recomend you find counsel if the other side has an attorney.
