help someone is tring to take my kids away who isnt even related
its a long story but i need to know if i can go take my kids back from a lady who munipulated and tried to trick me outof my child i was un able to care for him so she said she would till i could in the mean time she made me lie and allow her husband to say he was the father of my child orelse she wouldnt help me with him.i was seeing him regularly but in the past few months shehasnt let me and is keeping me from him.she also had me sighn some other papers as well but i dont know what they said and she wont tell meso how do i find out if i can take my son back and what thoes papers said

Being a relative is irrelevant.
If she has had possession and control of the child for over 6 months, she has "standing" to go to Court and ask the Judge for custody. You may or may not get visitation rights. You would be ordered to pay child support for the child.
Since you voluntarily gave the child to her - and you admit in your email that you did let her have possession of the child - you desperately need to hire an attorney.
It sounds like you've lied on some legal papers (the ones where you admit her husband is the father of the child).
Yes she can get custody of the chid.
And, she might even be planning to terminate your parental rights and adopt the child.
You really need to hire an attorney.
