Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

TRO's?

My husband and i agreed to a trial seperation with me taking our two daughters {ages 3 yrs and 2 months} and staying with my parents for a few days or so. Three days after I got her he wanted to take the girls to the Dallas Aquarium and i said OK. He did NOT return the girls to me. He filed a Temporary restraining Order and Emergency Custody for the girls. I have NOT been with any papers. He withdrew all funds from the bank account and cleaned our apartment out.

He is now calling and texting me asking me to come home or at least meet him in a public place so we can talk. I do not trust him now. Can he have me arrested for violating the TRO even though I have not been served?

Re: TRO's?

Don't go. He is not playing fair, and is not to be trusted, at least at this stage. You need a lawyer instantly to protect yourself, and your children.
