Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am a truck driver and I have several friends and also... Now that

im filing for divorce my soon to be x wife is pulling up all phone records of who I called while on road.... She said this is all she needs to take everything away from me.. Since this month I no longer talk to my friends while on road.... It really gets lonely not talking to pass time but so just that soon x will stop calling amd screaming at me while driving I decided to end friendship.... Could the phone reports cause me to loose everything in Oklahoma state..?????.

"All she needs to take everything away from me"? That's a laugh.

Not even in Oklahoma do they take adultery that seriously (if in fact she could make a Judge believe that you had committed adultery).
