Your questions appear to be too broad. You may want to call lawyers in your locality. A lot of family law attorneys have no or low consulation fees. Your situation appears to be one that you may want to sit down with an attorney to discuss. You may want to discuss with an attorney that handles family law and Immigration issues. You may want to let the attorney know the length of time that you have been married, and how long you have been an LPR. Depending on the length of time that you have been married, you may have some conditions on your permanent resident which have to be removed after two years. Based on the information that you have provided, I cannot tell you whether or not you are entitled to spousal support but remember that if he is the one that sponsored you to be a permanent residency, depending again on how long its has been, you may be able to enforce the Affidavit of Support, Form I-864 that he filed with Immigration on your behalf.
