Trust
I am the beneficiary of the interest income from a trust. It is probably community property. In a divorce, how would my wife and I put it soley in my name?

Is the trust itself community property or just the income? If it is just the income then after the divorce it is yours. If it is the trust itself, you need to talk to an attorney who can review the trust.
