Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am in what has turned out to be a contested pro se divorce in Wichita county TX. I need to know if I speak about myself as the petitioner, Ms, Crane, or me? I also am not clear about what needs to be addressed in my opening and closing statements. How can I fill out the Final Decree when I don't know the answers?

If you're involved in a contested divorce, and you're going to have to draft a decree, you have problems that are much more serious than what to call the parties.

You really need to get a lawyer. I am going to write a book someday about how I have had to fix things after people went into Court all by themselves and did their own legal work. It isn't as easy as you think it is. Little things can cause huge problems after the decree is signed.
