Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I just turned 18 and I live in Texas and my fianc� in moving down to south Texas I am currently a junior in high school I will finish my junior here but this summer can I withdraw from my school and enroll down there without parental consent or help?

If you're 18, you're an adult. You can live wherever you want to, get married, join the Air Force.

It may be interesting when you try to enroll in a school in a distant city and you don't live with your parents. I suggest you contact the school district where you plan to live.
