Re: over turning a signed temporary orer

I'm confused.

Your divorce was finalized on 9/25/08.

On 4/20/09, your wife had a judge sign a temp order. A temp. order for what? Did she file for divorce again?

If you were divorced, then that final order controls. However, the judge does not know that a divorce was finalized in 2008.

After your divorce did you live together and re-establish a common law marriage? If so, you would need to divorce again.

Did she file divorce in another county?

You defintely need to hire an attorney ASAP.
