if jurisdiction of a child support is switched to texas, can my child support be recalculated to adhere to texas guidelines instead of the transferring state?

Re: tx child support
You will need to transfer the court of continuing jurisdiction to texas, which can only happen if the child has resised there for at least six months. Then file a motion to modify the child support to the texas guidelines.
