Re: TX uncontested divorce~Papers???

I just saw a young lady try to do this herself this morning after buying some inept paralegal services and forms to assist her. Lawyers are ethically prohibited from directing you to forms or assisting you without a lawyer-client relationship. So if you want to do this all by yourself, you're going to have to study up on it just like I did. And spend some time in the courtroom watching experienced lawyers make it look easy - just like I did. The court does not give you any breaks just because you're not a lawyer and I honestly don't know of any do-it-yourself training sessions on the internet. Good Luck.
