Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Type your question here...I have been in a common law marriage for almost 3 years, but i have not been living with the spouse since November of 2007 now, we have no property or children together, and having not been in contact since 2007 when we stayed together how to I get a divorce.

You don't need to file for divorce; just wait until November 2009, and you're home free (assuming that SHE doesn't file for divorce). See section 2.401 of the Texas Family Code.
